Job booking while you work

Job booking and scheduling, done while the caller waits

When a customer calls, the job goes onto your calendar before they hang up. No chasing callbacks.

Your current routine

You're on a roof, or in a basement, or driving between jobs. You can't answer the phone.

The caller leaves a voicemail. Later you call back, play phone tag, and spend time sorting out details that should have been settled in one call.

You already know how that goes. You finally connect, the customer tells you the same thing they said in the message, and you lose another ten minutes. It doesn't have to be that way.

What happens on the call

  • The caller explains what they need.
  • We check your calendar for an open slot.
  • You confirm the time and date.
  • The job is booked and scheduled on the spot.

That's it. No callbacks. No double checking. The job is on your calendar before the customer hangs up.

You don't have to write anything down. You don't have to remember to check your messages. The booking is there, and so are the details.

What job booking and scheduling covers

The service is built around your working day.

01

When you're on site

You're up on a roof or in a crawl space. We answer the call and handle the booking, so you don't lose work because you couldn't get to the phone.

02

When you're booked solid

We only offer times that are open on your calendar. If the caller needs a date you have free, that's the date. No overbooking.

03

The details, captured

We take down the address, the contact name, the phone number, and a short note on the work. You get all of it in the confirmation.

04

No double booking

Because the job goes straight onto your existing calendar, there's no chance of two jobs at the same time.

05

Evenings and weekends

Calls don't always come during working hours. We take the booking and put it on your calendar whenever it comes in.

06

Your calendar stays yours

We read and write to the calendar you already use. You can change it, move it, or cancel it like any other appointment.

Questions about job booking and scheduling

What if I'm already booked at that time?

We only offer slots that are open on your calendar. If the caller needs something sooner, we take their details and send them to you separately, so you don't have to worry about double booking.

How do I get the job details?

After the call, you get a text or email with everything you need: the customer's name, number, address, and a short description of the work. It arrives before you hang up the phone.

Does this work with my existing calendar?

Yes. During the setup call, we connect to the calendar you already use. We check it for open times, add the booking, and it shows up just like an appointment you made yourself.

What if the caller has questions I need to answer?

We do our best to answer common questions about your services. If it's something that needs your input, we pass on your number and let them know you'll call back when you're free.

The cost of a missed call

Every call you miss goes to voicemail. Some of those callers leave a message. Some don't. The ones who don't are gone. They call the next name in their phone.

The ones who do, you have to call back, and that's more of your day gone. You play tag, you leave messages, you wait. By the time you connect, the customer might have already hired someone else.

With job booking and scheduling on the line, the job is already in your calendar. The caller has a time, a date, and a person to expect. That's the difference between losing the job and locking it in.
